Delivery of plywood coating line equipment

At the end of 2021, MaNiTek has manufactured and delivered plywood coating equipment to its customer. The equipment we supplied was the first of its kind manufactured by us. The project was completed in good cooperation with the customer.

The delivery included equipment for processing phenolic and melamine films and applying them on plywood boards. The customer had previously had problems with the accuracy of the coating, and there was a lot of waste in the form of scrap plates and wasted coating material. With the help of the new equipment, it was possible to increase the capacity and quality of the entire coating line.
