MaNiTek is an innovative operator on machine and automation industry. We design and manufacture high-quality solutions for the machine and automation industry in Finland, Russia and the Baltics. Foreign exports make up almost 70% of our turnover - so it goes without saying that we live on exports! We want to increase our position in those markets even more, as well as conquer new market areas in Europe.

We are looking for a goal-oriented salesperson for our 10-person team in Kuopio for European export and the Finnish market.

As a salesperson, your duties include:

- Sales and marketing
- New customer acquisition in your responsibility market
- Maintenance of the customer register and relations
- Fairs and networking
- Follow-up on the implementation of sold projects

We are in the project business. Our operations are very project-based, so in addition to sales work, you need strong project management skills and the ability to work in a team. Sales works closely with the finance and planning department and takes care of communication in the customer interface at every stage of the project. You are the face of our customers, you create and develop MaNiTek's brand with your own actions and personality.

In our opinion, the characteristics of a good salesperson include openness, the skills of asking and listening, a genuine desire to help, and the ability to learn new things. We hope that you have the right balance of ambition and humility. You also know how to manage your time effectively when working independently. Technical visualization ability and the courage to bring to the table previously unseen innovations and solutions are an essential part of your work.

In order to be successful in the upcoming task, you should have the following basic skills in your back pocket:

- At least a lower university degree, engineer in the field of technology or similar
- You model line units and know the secrets of machine and equipment construction
- Fluent English language skills
- DWG-based layout designs (e.g. AutoCAD, DraftSight or similar)
- Office 365 environment
