Stack Turning Machine delivery

In early 2026, we delivered a new bundle turner to our customer in Finland. It is the largest bundle turner manufactured by MaNiTek to date.

The machine can handle bundles up to 4,200 × 2,000 × 1,200 mm, with a maximum bundle weight of 7,500 kg. In addition to large and heavy bundles, the machine is also designed for controlled turning of smaller bundles.

The bundle turner is designed to be operated by a single forklift operator. The bundle is loaded into the machine with a forklift, after which the operator leaves the safety area and starts the automatic turning cycle. The machine securely clamps the bundle and rotates it 180 degrees.

Once the turning cycle is complete, the machine opens automatically and signals to the operator that the bundle is ready for pickup. The turned bundle can then be safely removed from the machine with a forklif
